Service Technicians
- Service Technicians should have experience in light commercial and residential air conditioning,
heating, and heat pumps. Must be CFC certified. Should have own hand tools, good driving record and
a safe place to park company vehicle.
Installation Technicians
- Installation technicians should have experience in light commercial and residential air conditioning,
heating, and heat pump installations. Must be CFC certified to be a lead man. Should have own hand
tools and a good driving record.
CSR (Customer Service Representative)
- Must have good phone communication skills. Previous telephone sales experience is a plus. Must have
basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and data entry. Successful candidates
will be responsible for maintaining customer records and sales support.
Outside Sales
- Experience in retail sales required. Doesn't have to be in HVAC industry. Good people skills and ability
to interact with people. Some computer experience is necessary but not mandatory. Sales training
programs available both internally and externally.
